Refund Policy:

In an effort to offer only sanitary and unused products to our customers, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If an item was damaged upon delivery or if there was a mistake on our end with your order, please contact us at hey@luandvi.com so that we can initiate an exchange.



Shipping is via USPS and calculated based on weight and shipping location. Our current processing time is on the front of our website. This time does not include delivery to your address. 

Lost or Stolen Packages

Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for packages marked as delivered. If your package shows as delivered but you did not receive it, you will have to contact USPS to start a claim.


We are not responsible for any delays in delivery due to inclement weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, missed deliveries, etc.

 Damaged Packages

We package all products with care. However, we cannot be sure what care is shown to our packages once they leave our hands. If your package does get to you damaged, please contact us within 2 days of delivery so that we can determine the best way to proceed.

Incorrect Address

Incorrect address issues can be corrected BEFORE the item is shipped. Please contact us at hey@luandvi.com with the subject: CHANGE ADDRESS. Please include your name, email address, and order number. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, we will contact you for a correct address and resend your package. Additional shipping costs will apply.
