Policies: Shipping and Refunds
In an effort to offer only sanitary and unused products to our customers, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If an item was damaged upon delivery or if there was a mistake on our end with your order, please contact us at email@example.com so that we can initiate an exchange.
We offer a flat rate shipping price of $7.50 for all orders. This means that all orders, no matter how large, ship for only $7.50. We also offer $3.50 shipping on smaller orders. This is great if you are purchasing just one or two items. You will have the option to select either option at check out. Our flat rate option is sent via USPS Priority Mail which offers fast delivery plus insurance on all orders. As an added bonus, all orders over $75 ship free! We also will ship UPS for $8.50.
Current Shipping times: Orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders sent via First Class Mail can take between 2-7 business days to reach your address. Orders sent via Priority Mail can take between 2-5 business days to reach your address.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for packages marked as delivered. If your package shows as delivered but you did not receive it, you will have to contact USPS to start a claim.
We are not responsible for any delays in delivery due to inclement weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, missed deliveries, etc.
We package all products with care. However, we cannot be sure what care is shown to our packages once they leave our hands. If your package does get to you damaged, please contact us within 2 days of delivery so that we can determine the best way to proceed.
Incorrect address issues can be corrected BEFORE the item is shipped. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject: CHANGE ADDRESS. Please include your name, email address, and order number. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, we will contact you for a correct address and resend your package. Additional shipping costs will apply.
